Schnabel Engineering, Inc. is looking for an Invoicing Coordinator to join our corporate office in Glen Allen, Virginia.
Responsibilities of the Invoicing Coordinator will primarily include reviewing contracts, setting up new project folders, and entering them into the accounting system for the invoicing team. Other invoicing duties will consist of approving change orders, drafting invoices for approval, generating final invoices, and maintaining billing files.
Required qualifications for the position include 1-3 years of invoicing or contract experience, and computer proficiency. Candidates must also possess excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
